Do I need a gym membership?
Yes, you'll need access to a facility or home gym with bars, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, exercise balls, medicine balls, bands, sliders, treadmill, elliptical, and stairmaster to get the full benefit of this program.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
This program is specifically designed for complete beginners starting from scratch. It starts with foundational movements and progressively builds strength and athletic ability. The video exercise form demonstrations ensure you perform every exercise correctly from day one.
How much time do I need to commit?
Most workouts should be completed in 70-80 minutes, including warm-up and stretching. The program is designed for 4 sessions per week, with an ideal split of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday sessions. You can tailor the split any way you like to fit your schedule, but be mindful of the proper workout spacing for an adequate rest.
Can I modify exercises if I have limitations?
The program is designed for healthy individuals without any major skeletal, muscular, and joint issues. Feel free to reach out to me if you run into any instances where you would need a modification recommendation.
Do you provide instructions for the exercise weights?
I do not. Every individual is different and at different starting points. I provide a number of repetitions for each exercise, and you will need to determine what the ideal weight is for you to fully challenge the given repetitions without breaking proper form. For best results, utilize the note-taking feature within each workout and each exercise to input and track the weights you used.
